Coco Rocha Shows Off MCM’s New Handbags Designed By Joy Gryson

As our resident purse fiend reported earlier today, the German-based handbag line MCM is doing big things as of late. The most recent being an exclusive collection for Saks Fifth Avenue stores dubbed MCM New York.

The Manhattan-inspired collection is designed by leather genius Joy Gryson, and the newly brunette Coco Rocha stars in the press campaign by photographer Cheol Park.

Appropriately shot at the new Meatpacking hot spot, The Standard Hotel, Rocha is shown lounging on a bed and posing against the backdrop of the hotel’s intriguing interior architecture while showing off the new bag collection, which comes in three main designs — the slouchy Sportivo, the chain-strapped Notte and the more structured Giorno.
